- Go into your Google calendar
- Click a time frame
- At the top it says Event | Appointment slots, click Appointment Slots
- It will show up on your calendar, you can click on it to go in and edit it.
- On the edit page you will also find the link to the calendar (that you can send to others so they can sign-up). For added ease, you can also run that long link through a URL shortener such as http://bit.ly or www.tinyurl.com
Sharing your Calendar

- Make sure that Share this Calendar with others and Share this calendar with everyone in KAS is checked
- Click on Save
That’s it!
